North Lawrence is a census-designated place in southwestern Lawrence Township, Stark County, Ohio, United States. It has a post office with the ZIP code 44666.[3] The community is part of the Canton–Massillon Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 212 at the 2020 census.
History
[edit]North Lawrence was originally called Lawrence, and under the latter name was laid out in 1852.[4] The community derives its name from the township in which it is located.[5] A post office called North Lawrence was established in 1854.[6] North Lawrence includes Bowdil, Ohio.[7]
